Rik Mayall Comedy Festival 2026 Event tickets Terms and Conditions

General Conditions applying to all tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Customers may present a ticket in either paper or electronic format to gain access to an event. Proof of payment does not constitute a ticket.

To avoid ticket ‘touting’, venues reserve the right to ask for identification at the point of entry and reject any tickets where appropriate identification cannot be provided.

Cancellation

If any event is cancelled by the Event Manager, customers will be refunded in full, save for any donation made. Ticket holders will have no redress for any ancillary costs (travel, accommodation etc) they might have incurred. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source. 

Under 18s

All U-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, except where explicitly stated. Both adult and child must have individual tickets. 

Age Guidance

All events show an age-guidance in the box-office listing. Ticket holders acknowledge they understand the age guidance for the event when they purchase tickets. Refunds will not be made post-event for tickets purchased in error for an inappropriate age-range. Pre-event requests for such refunds will be considered.

Curated Shows and Non-Curated Shows

Tickets for Curated Shows are issued by Droitwich Spa Comedy Festival CIC in its own name which will be clearly displayed on the events listing and ticket.

Tickets for non-Curated shows are sold through the RMCF Box office on behalf of Events who are fully responsible for all elements of the performance. Whilst Droitwich Spa Comedy Festival CIC have made a reasonable assessment of the suitability of Events and Venues to take part in the festival, they will not be held responsible for any element of the Event or Venue. 

Communication by Email

We will communicate with you to the email address you supplied when buying tickets. These communications will be limited to necessary communications about the event you are attending, plus one email inviting you to give feedback about the event. This feedback will be used to determine any best-of-festival award that may follow the festival. You are under no obligation to open or respond to that email.

Accessibility information provided by venues is displayed at the point of booking. Please contact venues individually if you need to discuss any access requirements.
